Judas priest are on tour with motorhead, testament, and, unbeleivably, Heavan and Hell, which is basically Black Sabbath.
Out fucking rageous. For old school, this is the one not to miss. All you youngsters should go, so you know where your roots are.
Sabbath- Fathers of heavyness
Priest-fathers of Metal.

Sat, May 10, 2008 - 2:56 AMDOOD!
saw Testament and Sadus in April! Two of my absolute favorite metal bands ever! And theyre from the bay area as well.
Testament puts on a show you will never forget.
I have been to hundreds of shows, but the last one on April !st at The Independet damaged the hearing in my left ear for like 3 weeks!
And always keep an eye out for a chance to see Dublin Death Patrol.
That was a phenomenal show! -

Sat, May 10, 2008 - 4:41 AMI'm checking out testament on youtube, I don'; tknow how i ever missed them. Sounds good. I like metal bands that learned how to play guitar, lol.
For good hair bands, i used to like dokken, with george lynch on guitar, he was good. If he had gone with a less "pop-metal sound"....... -

Tue, May 13, 2008 - 4:14 PMGeorge Lynch was and still is a great guitar player. I remember I used to drool over his dragon B.C Rich when I was in middle school.
Alex Skolnick of Testament has always been one of my absolute favorite guitar players ever! You gotta check out those instrumental he did on The New Order album. Fuckin cool shit! That guy has more talent on his worst days than most bands dream to spire to.
